This year we celebrate our 140th anniversary of becoming a Cathedral.

Come and see a special 10-month exhibition, where we explore over 1,000 years of history in 140 objects.

Each month we will showcase 14 objects from a period in our history, from the Romans to the present day. Every object will reveal a unique part of the Minster’s story and the history of the Cathedral, Gardens and Palace.

Step into the past and walk in the footsteps of those who have been before us. There’s so much to see and explore.

There’s no charge for entry, and donations are welcome. Your donation helps to keep our beautiful buildings and garden open and free. You can donate by clicking here or using one of the donation machines inside the Cathedral.
