Terms and Conditions

We invite a donation of £7.50 per child for the Year 6 Festival. A payment request along with your final itinerary and information will be sent a couple of weeks in advance of your visit. We have beautiful grounds and a shelter for picnics and outdoor play, a room for lunch can be provided in cold or wet weather.

Following confirmation from us of your visit date: should you need to cancel: more than 1 month before, 25% is payable and thereafter we ask for 75% of the total. This reflects the amount of work undertaken on your behalf – thank you for your understanding. Should we cancel for any reason, including bad weather, nothing is requested and we try to rearrange. If you wish.

Activities are led by the Education team unless stated, materials and resources are included.

NB: Every care is taken to ensure that your group stays safe but the safety, supervision and behaviour of your group remains your responsibility at all times.
